KEY EXECUTIVES
Neil L. Rubler Mr. Rubler is the President and CEO of Vantage Properties, as well as of its various affiliated companies. Prior to forming Vantage in 2005, Mr. Rubler served as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of The Olnick Organization, Inc., a real estate development company also based in New York, and oversaw all aspects of The Olnick Organization’s operations and investment activities. Mr. Rubler serves on the Executive Committee of the Wharton Real Estate Center, the Executive Committee of the Association for a Better New York, the Owners and Builder's Division Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York, and is a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Safe Horizon, a leading victim's assistance agency. Mr. Rubler graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from Cornell University, and received an M.B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Jessica Campbell Ms. Campbell supervises the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, structuring and closing of new investments. Prior to joining Vantage, Ms. Campbell worked in similar capacities with The Olnick Organization, Inc. and with Lehman Brothers, where she was a member of the acquisitions team for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Ms. Campbell graduated from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Finance, and currently serves on the Business Honors Program's admissions committee. Robert Odell Robert Odell is a Principal of Vantage and serves as General Counsel. Previously, Mr. Odell was a Deputy General Counsel for the Olnick Organization. Prior to joining Olnick, Mr. Odell was the Managing Partner of Odell Associates, a law firm focusing on corporate and real estate transactions. Mr. Odell was also the co-founder of Bigfoot Interactive, a technology company that was acquired by Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS). He began his career as an Associate with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York. Mr. Odell graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in government and history from Cornell University, and received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. Matthew Axelrod Mr. Axelrod oversees all aspects of Vantage's financial activities. Prior to joining Vantage, Mr. Axelrod was Chief Financial Officer of American Continental Properties, a private real estate company located in New York City, and before that had spent seven years in public accounting as a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Real Estate Group and at Berdon LLP. Mr. Axelrod graduated from Boston University, earning a B.B.A in Accounting, and earned his CPA license in 1992. Elizabeth Holmes
Elizabeth Holmes, in her capacity as Vice President of Community
Relations, works closely with tenants, tenant organizations,
community based organizations and elected officials.
Prior to joining Vantage Properties, Ms. Holmes was a government
relations advisor with the Law Offices of Claudia Wagner. From
2004-2005 Ms. Holmes served as Public Affairs Officer at the New
York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), and from
1999-2004, Ms. Holmes served as Director of Communications to New
York City Council Member James Oddo. Ms. Holmes also worked as a
reporter for Courier Life Newspapers. Rey Camacho Mr. Camacho oversees Vantage's in-house construction company, V-Tech Construction Services, LLC. Prior to joining V-Tech, Mr. Camacho was Director of Maintenance for Triboro Maintenance, a New York-based general contractor, and was responsible for servicing that firm's commercial and residential property customers. Mr. Camacho's career in construction spans 19 years. Joe Cvelic Mr. Cvelic oversees V-Star Security Services, Vantage's in-house security company. In this capacity, Mr. Cvelic oversees all aspects of security operations for the Vantage portfolio. Prior to joining Vantage, Mr. Cvelic served for 20 years with the New York City Police Department, and retired with the rank of Lieutenant as the Commanding Officer of the Major Case Unit in Manhattan North Narcotics. |
